But, I have been knee deep in lists recently. I’ve read a lot on the Internet on what to pack–and what not to pack–for a trip to Europe. Remember, this is a first for me. So I’ve been looking for some good advice, and I’ve found a lot. A friend at work sent me her list–very helpful. There are a number of web sites–somewhat helpful since they don’t all seem to agree. But through it all I believe I’ve managed to distill it down to some good info on what to take and what to leave behind.<\/p>\n
I think I’ll be a minimalist as far as clothes… I can wash and many hotels have a laundry service, why waste a lot of time on a lot of clothes. I have to have my electronic toys, so that means my digital DSLR, my netbook, my iPhone, etc. I will be connected, I will update my blog and do email. And I will take a ton of photos.<\/p>\n
So, I am working from a number of lists, checking them twice, cross-referencing and comparing them. But if worse comes to worse, I’m going to pack on the side of “light” with the idea that I can buy it there!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
